This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling payments, cancellations, and refund requests for our Paid Plan.
1. Free Plan
Our Free Plan allows you to use the basic features of our platform at no cost for an unlimited time.
- You can upgrade to a Paid Plan at any time from your dashboard
- No payment is required unless you choose to upgrade
2. Paid Plan (No Free Trial)
We currently do not offer a free trial for our Paid Plan.
- All payments are charged in advance
- Please review features and pricing carefully before purchasing
- Upgrades are billed immediately upon confirmation
3. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 2 calendar days of making a payment, provided:

- You have not violated our Terms of Service
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that:
- Are made beyond the 2-day window
- Stem from the failure to cancel a subscription on time
- Involve excessive or repeated refund claims
4. How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
5. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your Paid Plan at any time from your account settings
- Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
- Cancellation prevents future billing, but does not trigger a refund unless requested within the 2-day refund window
