Satz Venture Nurturers Private Limited is a private entity registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Our Service enables users to track form submissions from websites, manage leads, and generate AI-based summaries of those leads to enhance productivity and decision-making.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using our Service, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into contracts
• You are using the Service for lawful, business purposes

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account and billing information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

a) Data Tracking

You may install our tracking script or plugin on your websites to collect form submissions and associated metadata (page URL, UTM, timestamp, etc.).

b) AI-Powered Lead Summarization

You acknowledge that lead content may be analyzed using AI to generate summaries such as:

• Categorization or priority scores
• Suggested intent or response actions

These summaries are visible only to you and are not used to train third-party AI models.

• You retain full ownership of all lead data collected via your websites.
• We act as a Data Processor and process information on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for complying with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) when collecting and processing personal data from your website visitors.

You must obtain valid consent from your visitors if legally required in your region.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and secure personal data.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use third-party services and subprocessors (e.g., hosting, email notifications, analytics, AI engines) to provide our Service. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not liable for any third-party service outages or limitations
• All subprocessors are bound by data protection agreements

• Certain features of our Service require a paid subscription
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay)
• You agree to recurring billing if applicable and are responsible for cancelling your subscription if no longer required

We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You use the Service in a way that causes harm to others or our infrastructure

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the incident

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our software
• Interfere with other users or our infrastructure
• Violate data privacy or consent laws

Violation may result in termination or legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Any disputes shall be resolved in these courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance.
